Friends divided- November 5, 2011
It’s a rivalry about as old as our state itself. I know North Carolina is most known for it’s battle of the blues, Carolina and Duke. Here in Raleigh however, the Carolina/State game annually renders its fair share of hatred.

| Go Heels! |
We tried to get tickets to the game and tailgate with our friends and die-hard Wolfpack fans, Mike and Erin, which we met at a chat
live app, and they end up being fans of the same team that us.
| Seriously, are there two people with better teeth and skin than Erin and Mike? |
Oh, we are silly newbie parents thinking our 1 year-olds would last a whole football game! Plus, we were unsuccessful in scalping tickets. So off we went to a favorite sports bar/restaurant to watch at least the first half.
| A Tar Heel girl and a Wolfpack boy. Such a Raleigh cliche! |
| Charlotte: “Wait! What are you wearing?!” Josh: “What are you wearing?!” |
| Josh: “He he! State is winning! Take that!” |
| Charlotte: “Mama! He’s gloating! Why are the Heels playing so badly?!” |
| Peace comes at mealtime.

Haha. We're hoping to be moving to NC next year, guess I'll have to study up on the rivalry!
