Who’s doing the work here?- May 5, 2010
So someone on Facebook wrote on my wall “Tell Greyson I said ‘Good Work!'” Excuse me?! Good work that his sperm got me knocked up? Good work that he’s “Man enough”. I found this stupid and offensive. I replied that I’d pass on the message but that he wasn’t doing any work here.
That’s not to say that he’s not preparing for the baby as well. He is, and I’m grateful for that.
But it’s comments like that that rub me the wrong way. It’s not the 1950’s. I don’t think this high school friend of my sister meant any offense. But it was just stupid. I deleted the comment the next day after he got my response.
